Charles Rennie Mackintosh is a Scottish Art Nouveau artist from the late 19th to early 20th century as is part of "The Four". His works include historical interiors, drawings, and architecture. They emphasize a blend of Celtic and Japanese art.
Together with his wife Margaret, Mackintosch designed this beautiful panel for The Rose Boudoir, a fully decorated room designed especially for the international exhibition of modern decorative art in Turin which took place in 1902.
