is casting stone?
Casting
stone is a gypsum-like product mixed with water and cast into molds like
cement. Our statues and wall plaques made of casting stone always have an
antique stone finish for a natural look.

and how are the wall sculptures and statue reproductions made?

of the stone replicas are made at our workshop in California while the bronze
reproductions are handcrafted in the Orient. We only use materials and
techniques that can achieve the best quality in reproducing original works of

hand color detailed, and we often use fine imported marble for the bases of

our items ship from our California warehouse via UPS.

costs are determined by total weight of your items. However all Extra Large
Interior Decorating reproductions always have FREE GROUND SHIPPING
How can I check the progress of my order?
As
soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation number. Shortly
thereafter you’ll receive an email with a receipt. We will email you again
when your order ships with your tracking number that you can track at
the UPS website.

if I get the wrong item or it arrives damaged?

problem! Just call us toll free at 1-866-615-1159 and we’ll make the
adjustment for you.

if I don’t like what I ordered and want to return it?

if my package is damaged by UPS?

your package appears damaged, don't accept it. If product is damaged due to
UPS mishandling and you aren't at home when it arrives, please save your

you ship internationally?
As
a general rule, we ship to the 48 continental US states. For Puerto Rico,
Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Canada, please call toll free 1-866-615-1159 or email
us for a shipping quote. As for shipping to other countries, the shipping
charges often equal or exceed the cost of the product, even with the cheapest
service which is parcel post. If you don't mind that kind of expense, feel
free to request a quote.
Do
you sell wholesale?
No,
not at this time, however we do offer Volume Discounts for 6 or more
